Hi. I'm Julio Rosario and I have been living in Puerto Rico for 4 years and 1 month and 20 days. On this site you'll find my book, "20 Years in Puerto Rico", which is a work in progress.  The book is basically about my life here in Puerto Rico. I moved to the island on April 30, 2004.
